The pin, itself is nice, but they decided to package it in an envelope with no padding, so it arrived completely bent and the backing was broken so I had to replace them.

I'm sorry to hear that your pin was damaged in transit. I send all of my pins on cards in little bubble bags inside an Australia post cardboard envelope. If the parcel was mishandled or crushed then the the rear pins or clutches could be bent. This has only happened on one other occasion on an international shipment.
