This pendant is modelled on the Sturt Desert Pea which is the floral emblem of South Australia. It was named after Captain Charles Sturt (1795-1869) who was the first European person to document the flower during his journey to Central Australia in 1844-45.
Finished to the reverse in enamel and presented on a 925 Silver chain.
